Next incarnation will see expanded use of chaplains. Rumor is they may be able to be taken in groups and assigned to lead troops, like wolf guard. If solo they stay elite slot, if Interrogator they are hq.
Heard this stuff elsewhere before, however coming thru a more trusted source now...
Rumor of plasma cannon sponsons on DA tanks. And a special Plasma main gun predator or vindicator...

Inner circle unit ( name is not known) tasked with hunting down one enemy unit, special rules for doing so. Can death wing assault, can assault on deep strike. But glass cannon, great in assault, but standard PA so will be easily shot up.
Brother-interrogators – this unit wears chaplain style death masks, but are not chaplains, they are a specialist unit adept at near range combat, standard armament is dual bolt pistols and power maul. Can upgrade pistols.

Let us start with the Dark Angel release of November… all I can say is this…

It was almost like Stickmonkey didn’t see that lovely Gandalf tease on the back page of the current White Dwarf. Dark Angels will be coming out but won’t out till Jan-Feb 2013. What I found extra funny about this whole November rumor was that Stickmonkey realized the error of his ways and edited his post and then went on to blab about how he was actually referring to WoC or the Hobbit. I say just own up to it, we all make mistakes; otherwise it just makes you look sketchy.
So besides the November hiccup can you trust the rest of these rumors?
These rumors are pretty much the same rumors Stickmonkey has been putting out over the last few months.
The only real news is they are condensed into one post with the high points being the new units.

These rumors are typical of Stickmonkey: safe and not offensive.
My Opinion:
I actually don’t think they are getting a Flyer. Inner Circle sorta fits with what I have been hearing. Super Techmarine sounds like the answer to the Warpsmith. Fortification is pretty solid, but don’t expect army specific fortifications just yet it should be an addition to the current list.
Here is some tip bits of what I know about the new Dark Angel codex that should hold you over.
Expect Dark Angels to be the ones that get Hatred: Chaos Space Marines. In fact, expect a “hatred type” trend to continue especially considering the addition of Allies.
GW wants (along fluff lines) to have armies counter other armies in extremely specific ways. In addition, and I am going to be nice and vague about this, but I bet you can figure it out if you do some research. The new major unit for Dark Angels is something Games Workshop is currently in court with a certain other company that already made them. If that doesn’t ring a bell, let me say it is a unit that perhaps only the Masters of the 2nd Companies would know about.

More tid bits from WD of note:
- In the battle report, the DA scouts are listed under Troops, so it looks like they have finally been moved to that section
- the DW terminators are still listed as Elite, so if the rumour that you don't need Belial to field a DW army is true, there must be another way of doing it (e.g. selecting a Comp. Master in TDA or something - there is (as far as I can tell from the small picture) no rule to make them Troops under their own entry.
- RW Knights and Sammael have the Skilled Rider USR
- DW Knight Champion (called Knight Master) is mentioned as wielding "the flail of the Unforgiven" (no rules sited), considering the name, perhaps it has special rules.
- in the battle report Adam Troke (playing DA) selects Flakk missiles for his tactical marine missile launcher, so it's not only Devastators, who can take that upgrade.
- LS Vengeance is listed as a Heavy Support entry.
- RW still have homing beacons.
- and in response to a comment I read: Yes, DA of course still has normal Land Speeders.
-In the battle report Adam's librarian I TDA has two mastery levels, so apparently you can buy more than the one.
-And his Chaplain is an HQ entry, so apparently no 3 for 1 Elite choice like the rumours said
